Mike McArdle

Vice President of Residential Services

Mike spent 10 years as a ship captain in the maritime industry before transitioning to a 12 year career in the security field. He then made his way into the human services field where he wanted to affect positive change in the lives of children and now adults with disabilities. Mike has spent the last ten years in the human services field managing programs at both the Stetson School in Barre, MA, as well as Brandon Residential Treatment Center in Natick, MA. He studied criminal justice at Newbury College, and enjoys spending time with his son, his family, and his two dogs.
