Michelle Theroux

Michelle Theroux, Chief Executive Officer, has a master's degree in Counseling Psychology, holds a license in in Mental Health Counseling, and a certificate in fundraising from Boston University.
Michelle has over 25 years of experience in health services and not-for-profit organizations in Western Massachusetts. Past roles include Executive Director of Child & Family Service of Pioneer Valley, Director of Special Projects at Clinical and Support Options, Vice President of Clinical Services at the Center for Human Development, and the Director of Family Networks at the Key Program.
Board service is important to Michelle who currently sits on several area boards of directors. She is president of the board for the South Hadley Granby Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Trinity Health/Mercy Medical Center board of trustees, and vice president of the board of Microtek. She is a past president for the board of the Women’s Fund of Western MA.
Michelle was recognized for her community involvement and business leadership in the 2007 inaugural class of Business West's "Forty Under Forty."
